Delivery Charges To Be Added To
Delivery Charges
and Returns Policy
Dear Customer,
Please remember that delivery
charges will be added to your order total. We have listed below for your
information
the three charges which apply
irrespective of parcel weight.
Maximum weight of a single parcel:
26Kgs
FREE DELIVERY on all orders
over GBP 60.00,
UK Mainland Only on our 2/3 working day
service.
GBP 5.50 plus vat
at current rate:-
Standard 24 - 48 hours Mon - Fri. Excluding, Scottish Highlands and all Offshore
Islands.
GBP 7.24 plus vat
at current rate:-
Next working day Mon - Fri. Excluding, Scottish Highlands and all Offshore Islands.
Important note: To qualify for next day delivery orders must be received by
us before 2.30pm on the day of ordering.

Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Ireland.
Important Note:-
For orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday and
on Saturday or Sunday by means of our
standard or next day delivery, will be despatched on
the next full working day.

GBP 14.50
plus vat at the current rate:-
3/5 working days for parcel weight up to 20kgs
GBP 23.40
plus vat at the current rate:-
3/5 working days for parcel weight 20kg - 35kg
Special Delivery Note
-
All goods remain the property of "Primatel Products Ltd" until paid for in
full.
- All
discrepancies, damages, and shortages must be reported in writing within
7 days of receipt. Goods signed for as "un-checked" will deem to
be accepted as "satisfactory" unless we are notified within the 7 day
period.
- All
discounts will be void and the full amounts payable if invoices are not
settled with 30 days from date of invoice. Unless written proof is provided
to the contrary.
Returns Policy

Primatel will NOT accept any returns which are older than 6 months
from date of original invoice.
- All
returns are subject to a minimum handling charge of 25% of the
original cost of goods, less any original discounts, carriage charges (if
the retained goods do not now qualify for "free delivery"), collection
charges and any third party costs.

If Primatel is instructed to collect the goods on the
customer's behalf, the cost will be GBP 10.00 per consignment paid in
advance. It is the responsibility of the customer
to package and mark the items in the proper manner. Damages or loss
sustained during transit is at the customers own risk.
- We
will not raise any credit notes or refunds until we have had sight of the
products concerned. It is at the customers own cost and risk when sending
back goods. We reserve the right to credit or exchange nothing if the
products are too old or damaged, or reserve the right to apply a maximum
handling charge of 75% of the original invoice value of the goods.
- Goods
sent back, which meet our returns policy, will either be exchanged
for new products, to the agreed value, or a credit note will be issued.
NO cash, cheque, credit card or debit card refunds will be given,
without exception.

Any other arrangements varying on the above will be at our own discretion.
